WAoS National Administrator Course

The National Administrator Course is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and lead badminton organizations at the national level. Through this course, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the governance, operations, and strategic planning required to run successful badminton programs. By fostering strong administrative skills, we aim to ensure the continued growth and development of badminton across Europe, supporting national federations and their efforts to organize and promote the sport.

In order for badminton to not only grow but also prosper, it is important that both badminton Europe and the national federations that make up its membership have clear governance structures in place. Such structures are key in achieving the transparency, accountability and responsibility that will result in careful planning and budgeting processes, along with the necessary follow-up measures to achieve long-term results.

Badminton Europe and the BWF is committed to helping national federations develop their administrative personnel as part of its ongoing efforts to support the growth of badminton on a worldwide level. Resources available for national federation administrators include an online introductory National Administrator's Course can be found here.

Invitations for upcoming courses will be communicated directly to the BEC Members.
