Join The Circuit

A tournament in any one of the BEC Circuits may be organised by a group of individuals, a club or some other specific body (private or corporate), but the Member must have the ultimate authority and is liable under Badminton Europe Disciplinary Regulations to ensure that the tournament is run in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with the BEC Circuit Regulations and the BWF Regulations.

If you are, or belong to one of these institutions and wish to organise an U17, Junior, Elite or Senior Circuit tournament, a ‘Sanction Application’ must be delivered to Badminton Europe by your Member.

The ‘Sanction Applications’ for the Junior and Elite Circuit tournaments are to be submitted online via Tournament Software. Following the instructions from the online sanctioning manual.

The ‘Sanction Applications’ for the U17 and Senior Circuit are to be submitted on paper using the sanction form, and must be signed by a statutory authority of the organising Member.
