European Senior Championships
The European Senior Championships are more than a competition – it is a celebration of badminton as a lifelong sport, where experience meets passion, and where new friendships are forged across generations and borders. It celebrates the passion, skill, and lifelong dedication of badminton players aged 35 and above. Organised by Badminton Europe every two years, the event brings together competitors from across Europe to enjoy high-level competition in a spirit of camaraderie, fair play, and shared love for the game.
The Championships are divided into age categories starting from 35+ and continuing in five-year intervals up to 80+, ensuring that players compete among peers of their own generation:
The tournament features individual events in men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles, giving senior players the chance to continue competing at an international level.
