The Vorarlberg Badminton Association is part of the Austrian Badminton Federation and is filling another position as Sparring Player & Coach at the regional High-Performance Center in Dornbirn (Vorarlberg).
Requirement profile

International level of approx. world ranking 150

Professional experience in competitive sports at international level

Ability to work in a team, communication skills and ability to represent the team

Willingness to travel as well as a class B driver's license

Preferably German language skills

Center of life at least Monday to Friday in Vorarlberg
Responsibilities

Daily training and coaching of the top players (U11-U22)

Individual training sessions with top players (U11-U22)

Assist in preparing players for tournaments by simulating match scenarios

Collaborate closely with coaches and physiotherapists to ensure a holistic approach to player development

Supervision of national and international competitions and training sessions
Salary
The gross salary is at least 30.000€ (net approx. 23.500€) and depends on the qualifications. There is the possibility to additionally increase the salary through club training, trainer education lessons or league matches.
