The BEC Annual Delegate´s Meeting is the governing meeting of the organisation which deals with the reports from the previous year, financial statements, strategic plan, budgets, rule changes and elections for the Board of Directors.

This event is attended by the Member Associations and with an average of 120 participants yearly.
