Rumours has it, that the three times runner-up at the Olympics and the Worlds, Lee Chong Wei might skip the World Championships.
With just one week to go before the big kick off in Nanjing, China, it is still uncertain if Lee Chong Wei will take part in the TOTAL BWF World Championships.
Asian Games over World Championships?
The Malaysian newspaper, New Straits Times, has the story which tells, that the former World No 1 has skipped training at the Academy Badminton Malaysia (ABM).

The newspaper contacted Chong Wei last week, and he told the reporters, that his I still resting at home. On Monday it was understood that the 36-year-old has yet to return to training.
Lee Chong Wei will play French Brice Leverdez in the first round of the World Championships and the speculations are, if the Malaysian super star is skipping the World Championships to have focus on the Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia, which is scheduled to begin just 10 days after the World Championships.
