Tampereen Tennisseura ry organises badminton training in Tampere in cooperation with Mansen Sulka. We develop regional badminton training possibilities also with city of Tampere, Kangasala, and Ylöjärvi. Currently, the clubs in cooperation are the 4th biggest badminton club in Finland with over 450 members. We are now hiring second full-time coach to Tampere. The Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture supports the employment development project 2023-2025.
We are offering a full-time coach position to develop our training environment in cooperation with the badminton head coach. We are looking for a person committed to develop badminton training for a longer period of time.
Requirement profile

Professional experience in badminton coaching

Ability to work in a team, communication skills, and ability to represent the team

Willingness to travel as well as a driver's license

Finnish language skills is a benefit

Good English language skills

Center of life weekly in Tampere, Finland
Responsibilities and abilities

Daily training and coaching of the club players (kids, juniors, adults, & competitive players)

Individual training sessions with competitive players
-
The planning, implementation and follow-up of the daily training programmes with the head coach and cooperation with physiotherapist and other relevant persons in coaching environment.

Development of term training plans within the framework of players’ paths in cooperation with the head coach

Commitment, structured way of working, assertiveness, ability to work in a team

Commitment including working hours late weekdays, additionally including work hours Saturdays
Salary
The annual gross salary is 33.600€.
