Old friends of Badminton Europe mourn Jill Mitchell, who has passed away, at the age of 88.

Jill Mitchell was the beloved wife of our President Stan Mitchell (1984 - 1992). A good player in her own right in the 1950's, Jill Mitchell was a strong supporter of her husband and of European Badminton.

Her friends around Europe will cherish the memory of a kind, smiling lady with a good sense of humour.
