The Scottish doubles player sits down to discuss challenges, aims, and ambitions in this week’s episode.

If there is another player in Scotland apart from Kirsty Gilmour who stands out, that is Adam Hall. The 25-year-old doubles player is continuously fighting to escalate in the rankings both in the men’s and mixed doubles categories.

In the last three years, the Scot has been playing with Alexander Dunn in men’s doubles and they are currently ranked eighth in Europe, whereas he is currently ranked 13 with mixed doubles partner Julie Macpherson. Hall looks to the near future wanting more.

Focusing on one year at a time
Some people would rather dream big and think of far distant events. For Hall, however, it is all about focusing on aims one year at a time. The doubles player chats about the upcoming Commonwealth Games, his next big target, with hopes of earning a medal that for him would make his career.

Hall also discusses being part of Team Scotland and Team GB and what it means to him, as well as the past challenges he has faced and the changes to embrace when playing in doubles as well as those Scottish players that have made it and that he can look up to.
