Svendsen: It means a lot to be number one

Victor Svendsen from Denmark is now leading the Badminton Europe ranking in men’s singles, and the young Danish player admits that it means a lot to him to be number one.

The young Danish badminton player Victor Svendsen is still leading the ranking in men’s singles after the latest updated of the BEC Elite Circuit Ranking by Badminton Europe.

He leads the ranking ahead of Pablo Abian from Spain and Thomas Rouxel from France. Victor Svendsen is very happy to be number one at the BEC Elite Circuit Ranking in men’s singles, and he hopes to continue the good performances.

- It’s so nice. I’m very happy to be number one, and it shows that I’ve been very steadily and played very well, so for sure it means a lot for me, Victor Svendsen says to Badminton Europe.

Victor Svendsen hopes that he will continue to have such good performances. And for him the key to his personal success is clear:

- The key to success is planning. I’ve prepared a very good tournament calendar, which is adjusted with long and good training sessions, so I can be fit for fight, Victor Svendsen says.
