The Shuttle Time coordinators' seminar which was held on 3 and 4 December 2015 in Copenhagen, Denmark was a big success. Eighteen participants from 16 countries took part. The main goal of the Seminar was to get to know the other coordinators, share ideas, talk about the issues with the implementation and find inspiration for the coming year.

The structure of the program was very relaxed and flexible to make it possible to anticipate on the subjects from the participants. The seminar started with the introduction of the seminar leaders, Zsofia Horvath and Jeroen van Dijk and the participants. After the introduction Jeroen gave a shuttle time update from the office.

In the first task after the update the participants were asked to tell about the Shuttle Time implementation in their country. This session was very interesting for the countries that has just started to implement or are preparing to implement.

In the second task the participants were asked to explain which partners/sponsors they have for Shuttle Time.  After the group discussions one participant of each group had to deliver a presentation to all the other participants. The presentations were done on the second day because there was not any time left to do it on the first day. The presentations took longer than planned but gave interesting points of views and good discussions for the whole group.

In the last two hours of the seminar the participants were asked to discuss regarding the communication from the BWF and Badminton Europe, what they would like to see changed, registered members and how to develop Shuttle Time further. The seminar ended with a nice lunch where after the participants travelled home.
