Case against Badminton Wales (1)

Badminton Wales withdrew it's women's team from the 2016 European Men's & Women's Team Championships on 18 January 2016, with the draw being conducted and announced on 3 December 2015.

The Disciplinary Committee found this to be a breach of Badminton Europe's regulations for "European Men's & Women's Team Championships" (App. III) reg. 4.6 - and consequently imposed a fine to Badminton Wales.


Case against Badminton Wales (2)

Badminton Wales withdrew it's team from the 2016 European U17 Team Championships on 26 January 2016 after the draw was conducted, announced and sent to all Member Associations earlier on that same day.

The Disciplinary Committee found this to be a breach of Badminton Europe's regulations for "European U17 Team Championships" (App. VII) reg. 4.6 - and consequently imposed a fine to Badminton Wales.
