Welcome to the exciting world of ADVANCE, the second edition of the progressive coaching education program brought to you by Badminton Europe.

This unique opportunity aims to elevate your skills as a badminton coach, offering a comprehensive curriculum designed to unlock your coaching potential.

ADVANCE is more than just a coaching program; it's a transformative journey. It’s the result of a visionary Erasmus+ project, co-funded by the European Union and developed in close cooperation with six sport entities. The first edition of the program took place in 2022-2023 and had 16 coaches participating, eager to enhance their coaching prowess. Now it’s your turn!

Setup and content
The ADVANCE education program spans a duration of 10 months, featuring a unique blend of face-to-face and online learning. This program is designed for coaches who aspire to take their badminton coaching skills to the next level.

The program is crafted to cover a wide range of coaching aspects, ensuring a well-rounded skill set for participants. From tactical strategies to the latest coaching methodologies, the ADVANCE second edition provides valuable insights that can be applied on the badminton court.

When?
The ADVANCE second edition kicks off this year in 2024, continuing into 2025. Mark your calendars for the face-to-face weeks scheduled on June 19-23, September 4-8, January 8-12, and March 3-9 (2025), offering a flexible timeframe to accommodate your coaching commitments.

Where?
Participants will engage in four face-to-face weeks at the RSL BEC Centre of Excellence facilities in Holbæk, Denmark. The remainder of the program is conducted through online modules, assignments, and virtual meetings.

Costs?
The best part? The ADVANCE education is entirely free! While there is no entry fee, participants are responsible for covering their accommodation, travel, and food expenses each week. The estimated daily cost will be around 60-80€.
