The Celebration of Senior Badminton

The BWF World Senior Championships 2023 are currently taking place in Jeonju, Korea, from September 11 to September 18, 2023, and featuring an impressive number of 1260 participating players.

Throughout the competition, players representing 22 European member states are expected to take part in the event to be held in both the Hwasan Indoor Stadium and Jeonju Indoor Badminton Hall.

The event, held every two years, is an exceptional opportunity for the best in senior badminton to showcase their talent. With age categories ranging from +35 to +80, this tournament includes all five disciplines. Member Associations can enter up to four players or pairs in each event within an age category, promoting international inclusivity.
