The Belgian star claimed a gold and a silver medal in Thailand, while Poland’s Daria Bujnicka/ Oliwia Szmigiel won the title in the SH6 women’s doubles.
Continuing stellar streak, badminton ace Man-Kei To collects two medals in another impressive tournament run. The Belgian player won a gold in the WH1 – WH2 mixed doubles, in which she had partenered up with Hong Kong’s Chan Ho Yuen. The duo won against Israel’s Konstantin Afinogenov and Switzerland’s Ilaria Renggli, who earned a hard-fought the silver.
In WH1 women’s singles, To won the silver, having won all the matches in straight games, from the group stage to the final battle.

To was not the only European with a title win. Despite falling earlier in the women’s singles, Poland’s Daria Bujnicka/ Oliwia Szmigiel partnership proved to be a solid aim for victory. The Polish duo won the gold in Pattaya, Thailand,
”After six years of playing doubles with Daria, we finally got what we wanted. I'm happy with our progress.We ruled on court even though the opponents showed a high level,” Szmigiel said on her Instagram.
