• Experience in a similar position in a national badminton federation.
• You have a sound knowledge of badminton on a high-performance sport level.
• You have national and/or international experience as an athlete and/or coach.
• You possess highest possible national/international badminton coach diploma.
• You are a leader, communicative, professional and focused.
• Skills for strategic and structured sports development.
• Confident use of common office software (MS Office).
• Above-average commitment, structured way of working, assertiveness, ability to work in a team.
• Good language skills in English.

• You will be subordinate to the Sports Director (TMK ).
• You are responsible for implementing the high-performance strategy and concepts as well as guidelines for (young) high performance sports. This includes in particular: 
• Planning and implementation of daily training together with the coaching team at the national performance center in Pilsen.
• Coordination of the whole coaching team around the elite area.
• Coordination of specific training and athletic training with the athletic coach.
• Tournament planning for the players in the National Team and tournament accompaniment.
• Planning of tournament accompaniment for individual and team events.
• Creating discipline concepts.
• Conducting individual discussions with players in the National Team.
• Coordination with Head of Juniors & Junior coaches regarding content for National Team Junior courses.
• Coordination with the Head Coach Juniors regarding possible candidates for the elite squad.
• Assist in coach education and fulfill administrative tasks.

• Working in a dynamically developing federation and working with top players.
• Regular monthly salary (will be the subject of discussion).
