The YONEX German Open 2024 starts today, marking the beginning of a bustling month filled with badminton tournaments across Europe.

The coming weeks promise a whirlwind of badminton action. Alongside European Circuit tournaments, a total of six BWF events will take place on European soil over the next five weeks, starting with a bang in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.

Mark Lamsfuss, Marvin Seidel, and Isabel Lohau are the biggest stars among the local players representing the nation's top talent at the event.

They'll be joined by a lineup of European stars, including Denmark’s Mia Blichfeldt and Rasmus Gemke, the Netherlands’ Mark Caljouw, France’s Popov brothers, and England’s duo Greg and Jenny Mairs. With tough competition expected from some of Asia’s top players, reaching the decisive rounds promises to be a challenging feat.
