Women’s Team Championships start strong

The Women’s Team Championships kicked off with no big surprises but plenty of enthusiasm. A closely contested match between Germany and Spain ended 3-2 in favor of Germany. Unfortunately, Türkiye’s Betul Soner and Scotland’s Lauren Middleton had to retire from the last matches of their respective teams.

The final match of the day, Denmark versus France, was filled with electrifying moments, highlighting the intense competition between these two powerhouses.

Day 1 – Women’s Results:
  • Spain 3 – 2 Germany
  • Türkiye 4 – 1 Poland
  • Denmark 4 –  1 France
  • Netherlands 2 – 3 Scotland 

The men’s and women’s teams continue their fight in the group stage, with matches starting at 9am and 3pm respectively.
