The European Circuit shifts to Sweden for its second tournament of the year, the VICTOR Swedish Open.

The International Series tournament will be taking place from Thursday 18 to Sunday 21 January at the IFU Arena in Uppsala, Sweden.

Swedes Moa and Tilda Sjoo, fresh from their semifinal appearance at the Estonian International, lead the women’s doubles as top seeds. Meanwhile, newcomers Ludwig Axelsson/ Jessica Silvennoinen, who recently impressed as the mixed doubles runner-ups in the Estonian International, will also be competing on home soil. Both duos aim to capitalise on their recent successes in front of a home crowd.

The tournament will also feature recent pairings such as Germany’s Jones Ralfy Jansen/ Thuc Phuong Nguyen and England’s Chloe Birch/ Estelle Van Leeuwen. Alongside them, players like Finland’s Joakim Oldorff, Ukraine’s Danylo Bosniuk, and Hungary’s Agnes Korosi, as well as Germany’s Julia Meyer/ Leona Michalski, are eager to continue their strong performances from the event in Estonia.
