World number one pair of Mathias Boe and Carsten Mogensen were beaten by sixth seed, Ko Sung Hyun/Lee Yong Dae of Korea 19-21, 21-13, 21-10 in an hour-long match at Sunday's Korea Open finals. For the Danes, who won the Silver medal at the 2012 London Olympics, the amazing run of the last six months continues with the final in Seoul. Boe/Mogensen have taken the titles in China Open and won the BWF Super Series Finals last December.

The Korea Open is the world’s richest badminton tournament, with $1 million in total prize money this year. It is one of five Premier Super Series events run by the Badminton World Federation (BWF). The others are the Indonesia Open, Denmark Open, All England Open and China Open.
