´Women in the Spotlight´ is an initiative which advertises the contribution of women in badminton. They can be players, coaches, officials or administrators.
The name of this initiative has been changed to 'Badminton For Women' since April 2017. The reason to the change of name is to encourage both genders to be featured on BEC platforms.
