The Women in Badminton Working Group meets at least once a year to discuss on subjects around female participation and topics related to the development of women in badminton. This working group has been dismissed in 2015 when the Women in Badminton Commission was established in 2015.

Since the establishment of the Women in Badminton Commission in 2015, the Commission meets two times a year. Once in January and once in June.
