Today at the Hylo Open 2024, the quarterfinals are about to get underway – an exciting day as many Europeans are still competing for a place in the semifinals.

Many exciting matches will feature big European players. You can check the day's order of play here, with matches kicking off at 12 PM (CET).

Among today's highlights, third-seeded Jesper Toft/ Amalie Magelund face the fifth-seeded pair, Gregory Mairs/ Jenny Mairs. Despite their partnership being less than six months old, Toft/ Magelund have quickly established themselves on the world tour and are prepared for a tough challenge from the English duo, the Mairs.

In another exciting clash, following their huge round of 16 win over the third seeds Andreas Søndergaard/ Jesper Toft, unseeded Germans Daniel Hess/ Marvin Seidel are set to face another powerful Danish pair, fifth seeds Daniel Lundgaard/ Mads Vestergaard. This match promises to be a difficult test for Hess/ Seidel, who aim to keep their momentum.

Mia Blichfeldt faces a challenging opponent in third-seeded Sung Shuo Yun. Blichfeldt, who leads their head-to-head 2-1 and is ranked 10 spots below Sung, will hope to repeat her victory from their last encounter at this year's German Open. A win today would secure her a spot in the semifinals.
