In women’s singles, seventh-seed Mia Blichfeldt faced fierce competition from Léonice Huet, taking a straight-games victory, 21-19, 21-10. Reflecting on Huet’s determination, Blichfeldt remarked, “She’s a huge fighter, and that’s what I was prepared for.”
