Badminton Europe Confederation (BEC) would like to wish the Badminton Association of Slovenia, a Happy 65th Anniversary.
The Badminton Association of Slovenia celebrates its 65th anniversary this year. Founded in 1957, the association has grown to become one of the leading organisations for the sport of badminton in Slovenia.
Over the years, the association has organised numerous tournaments and competitions, providing opportunities for players of all ages and abilities to compete and improve their skills. The association has also worked to promote the sport at the national level, helping increase participation and raise awareness, especially in the para-badminton area.
In the last year, we have organised one of our biggest events ever, the European Senior Championships in Ljubljana where more than 1000 players competed for the European titles. In November, we started a new era with new president Dejan Bajuk and vice-president Gašper Krivec.
As it celebrates its 65th anniversary, the Badminton Association of Slovenia looks forward to continued growth and success in the years ahead.
