The third course of the third edition of the ADVANCE Coaching Education Programme took place from 12–18 January in Laško, Slovenia, alongside a Team Europe training camp featuring Europe’s top youth players.

Running in parallel with the camp gave participating coaches a unique opportunity to apply theory directly in practice by working with Team Europe athletes. The course combined classroom sessions and on-court activities, covering junior development, communication, footwork, tactical play, coaching philosophy, and teamwork.

Coaches Josh Hart (Wales) and Jesper De Waal (Sweden) highlighted the value of working with elite players during the course:

“Being able to test ideas and training methods with players at this level has been one of the most valuable parts of the course,” they explained, also noting how the programme challenged their routines and strengthened their coaching philosophy.

The final course of the third edition will take place in Vejen during the Summer School.
