The competition schedule for the 2026 European Senior Championships is now available.

The event will take place in Cagliari, Italy, from 19 to 27 September, where Europe's senior badminton community will meet for nine days of competition, friendship, and celebration of our sport.

A record number of players set for Cagliari
The 2026 edition has attracted a record 1,572 unique participants from 34 nations, showing that senior badminton keeps on growing across Europe. 

Following the introduction of the BEC European Senior Circuit this year, this major event that held its first edition in 1995 continues to see strong interest from a huge amount of players from all over the continent.

Some important dates to keep in mind

• 25 August – Provisional seeding published
• 28 August – Final seeding published
• 1 September – Draws conducted and published
