All set for the second edition of the Czech International Future Series
17/06/26 10:18

The European Circuit goes from France to Czechia this week for the Czech International Future Series 2026. The tournament returns for its second edition after a successful first.

The tournament kicks off on Thursday 18 June and takes place until Sunday 21 June, and all matches will be streamed live on BadmintonEurope.tv.

The draw has a good mix of international and European players, and some of Czechia's strongest homegrown talents. In men's singles, Austria's Kai Niederhuber will be the second seed, while Czech player Dominik Kopřiva is seeded fifth.

The women's singles draw looks quite competitive. Germany's Miranda Wilson leads the draw as top seed, with Czechia’s Tallulah Sharleen Van Coppenolle seeded fourth and Lucie Krulová fifth.

In men's doubles, Czech pair Vojtěch Havlíček/Tomáš Švejda are the second seeds and strong contenders from the host nation, while Adam Srnec/Soňa Hořínková are the mixed doubles eighth seeds.

The women's doubles draw features top seeds Anastasiia Boiarun/Daria Kharlampovich, who arrive in Czechia after finishing runners-up at last week's Valence Alpes International, adding to even more strong results on the European Circuit this year. Germany's Stine Kuespert/Isabel Lohau are another pair to keep an eye on.
