The final shuttle has hit the court, marking the end of the group stage at this year’s European Junior Team Championships. This also means we now know the eight nations that will battle for a spot in the semifinals tomorrow.
In the first two sessions of the day, the first six quarterfinalists were determined: Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Türkiye, and Denmark.
In the final session, the winners of Groups 3 and 4 were decided, with Romania and Poland claiming the last two spots to qualify from the group stage.
In front of a crowd of hopeful players and coaches, Badminton Europe held a live draw to determine tomorrow’s matchups, The draw resulted as follows :
France vs Switzerland
Poland vs Germany
Netherlands vs Romania
Türkiye vs Denmark
