New Champions Emerge at FZ FORZA Norwegian International

The FZ FORZA Norwegian International 2024 concluded in Sandefjord, delivering thrilling finals and crowning new champions.

In women's singles, qualifier Wang Yu Si from Chinese Taipei secured victory over top-seeded Agnes Korosi with a hard-fought win, 18-21, 21-17, 21-15. Meanwhile, in men’s singles, sixth-seeded Chen Chi Ting also from Chinese Taipei claimed the title with a solid performance against Sweden’s Romeo Makboul, winning 21-18, 21-17.

In men’s doubles, France's top-seeded duo Mael Cattoen / Lucas Renoir showcased their dominance, defeating Sweden’s Filip Karlborg / Mio Molin 21-11, 21-10. Women's doubles saw Poland's Paulina Hankiewicz / Kornelia Marczak edge out France’s Sharone Bauer / Emilie Vercelot in a thrilling three-game match, 14-21, 21-12, 23-21.

The mixed doubles title went to Denmark’s Otto Reiler and Amanda Aarrebo Petersen, who triumphed over Norwegian pair Jonas Østhassel and Julie Abusdal, sealing their win 21-19, 21-19.
