With four consecutive wins in the group stage, Denmark remains undefeated and stands as the only European team to advance past the group stage at the BWF World Junior Mixed Team Championships. Now, a great challenge awaits the young Danish squad.

After securing victories against Trinidad and Tobago, the Cook Islands, and New Zealand, Denmark faced the United Arab Emirates in their final group stage match, battling for the top spot in Group D.

Even though the contest was closer than their previous matchups, the Danes emerged victorious with a score of 110-92. This win sends Denmark into the quarterfinals, where they will face a tough opponent: Malaysia. It promises to be an exciting clash.

Close, but not through
The other thirteen European teams were unable to advance, but their journey isn't over yet. They will continue to compete for their final rankings in the team event, making the most of the experience.

France, Estonia, Türkiye, Poland, and England all finished second in their respective groups, demonstrating their strength on the international stage and showcasing the promising future of European badminton.
