China dominates home tournament with four golds

The VICTOR China Open 2024 concluded with the host nation dominating, clinching four out of the five titles at the Super 1000 tournament.

The big success of the home players at the China Open in Changzhou included an all-Chinese final in the women's doubles. The only title they did not claim was in men's doubles, where Ren Xiang Yu's injury prevented a clean sweep. The 18-year-old Tomoka Miyazaki from Japan also made headlines, impressing with a runner-up finish at this high-level event.
