The 2024 European Senior Championships are fast approaching. It is the very first championships to take place at the brand-new De Velodroom complex in Heusden-Zolder and already promises to be a stunner.
With no fewer than 1,569 participants from 31 countries playing on 16 fields, an average of 390 matches per day and an age category from 35+ to 80+, this will be the biggest event after the World Senior Championships.
The municipality of Heusden-Zolder, organiser BC Smash, Badminton Europe, and KBBF are preparing to give the numerous players a warm welcome at the Velodrome.
