Denmark’s Mia Blichfeldt secured a victory against Yvonne Li from Germany. It was an important win for the Dane, as this means that she will be able to fight to get through to the knockout-stage of the competition.

However, her opponent is no other than the defending Olympic champion Chen Yu Fei. It will be one of the most important matches of the Danes’ career. And with Fei losing one of the games to Yvonne Li in their encounter, Blichfeldt will go into the match with a hope that she can dethrone the Olympic champion and qualify to the next round.
