Badminton Europe is currently looking for a company to develop software which encompasses membership registration, tournament sanction, tournament entries, and tournament management.
The system shall have a centralized component but shall offer functionalities/ modules that allows federations, tournament organisers, various groups of participants as well as players to manage their profile.
For the ease of understanding the various elements will be described as separate systems but the intention is to set up one system that contains the various elements.
A BEC membership registration system which can be adopted by our members for their player registration and membership management. With the BEC membership registration system BEC wishes to improve transparency, direct communication, and processes.
A tournament administration software (TAS) which increases the quality of internationally sanctioned and domestic tournaments. TAS digitalizes and standardizes the procedures and communication involved in organizing BEC international and domestic tournaments.
By introducing TAS, BEC wishes to make tournament organizing easier and less time consuming. TAS would also serve as single gateway for BEC members to administer their national team players participation at international tournaments enabling more efficient management of all pre-tournament bookings and activities and improved communication with organisers.
BEC wishes to set up a system that connects tournaments organised by members with players through an entry module. The tournaments shall not be internationally sanctioned tournaments but still with international participation.
The new platform must be mobile-friendly, and SEO optimized.
