The RSL BEC Disability Coaching Workshop, Level 2 course started today in Toledo, Spain. In total, ten participants from Czech Republic, Sweden, Ireland, Belgium, Italy, and Spain joined the workshop, which is being held for the first time ever in Europe.
From today until Sunday 2 April, the group will work in pair and group dynamics, to succeed in the provided sessions. While in the Level 1 of the workshop coaches have more of an assistant role, this time around, the participants need to take on the role of the head coach and be able to plan and deliver sessions on an annual basis.
On the Level 2 of the Disability Coaching course, the experts in charge will make sure that the coaches learn key factors that help them provide plans, as well as deliver and review Para players’ training sessions.
