The former national coach of Denmark Kenneth Larsen, PhD, has published a new book with the title 170 mental and tactical game exercises for badminton.

“Historically badminton training focuses on technical and physical issues”, Kenneth Larsen says. This book offers a new perspective on badminton training, where there is a focus on developing competencies like reflective skills, the ability to anticipate, using split vision, and the ability to handle pressure in matches.

Apart from 170 exciting exercises, the book also describes the theory behind the different approaches, so coaches and players will know when and why to do the different exercises.

The book is available on Amazon.com in an e-book version for only 9.99 US dollars.

- I hope many coaches and players will read the book, as I really think it will mean a positive difference regarding the experience of playing badminton, and at the same time help develop the performance of the players, says Kenneth Larsen.
