Gender Equity
Gender Equity in badminton constitutes a key subject for both BEC and BWF. Both BEC’s terms of reference and BWF’s statutes aim to achieve a balanced gender representation in all badminton activities. To achieve this general objective, Members are encouraged to work together with BEC to attract more participants from underrepresented genders in all funded Shuttle Time activities. As a general target, there should be a minimum of 30% of participants of each gender.

Registration
All candidates’ applications must be submitted by their National Federations via the online link: BWF/BEC Coach Education Level 1 Course Online Registration. Be aware that candidates’ CV in English must be attached within the online registration.

The deadline for the application is Friday 25 March 2022.

Badminton Europe will review the applications and CVs submitted and will confirm to the Members the final candidates selected. BEC will evaluate the English level of the candidates to make sure the candidates can deliver tasks at an appropriate level.

Please do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation from Badminton Europe.

Additional details about the venue and other arrangements will be communicated closer to the course.
