Bjorkler and Urell are into the final at the European Juniors after beating French Christo Popov and Flavie Vallet.

Bjorkler and Urell won the first game 21-18, but the second game was completely different and Popov and Vallet took a big lead. Towards the end the Swedish pair managed to scrap a few more points, but the match was sent into a third game when Popov and Vallet won 21-13.

- We did not play our best in the beginning of the second game, but I think we managed to play better in the end even though we did not get the points that we wanted, it was important to bring into the third game, Urell stated.

An amazing feeling

Just like the first game, the third game was very close up until the interval. From there, Bjorkler and Urell took a lead and the French pair never managed to close the gap. Bjorkler and Urell won the last game 21-15 and are now ready for the final.

- It is an amazing feeling. We played a great match and we followed the tactics that we spoke about before the match. It just feels amazing, Bjorkler said.

Bjorkler and Urell will face fourth seeds Matthias Kicklitz and Thuc Phuong Nguyen from Germany tomorrow in the final.
