The 2021 European Mixed Team Championships will take place in Vantaa, Finland, and now the official logo is ready.

The logo for the 2021 European Mixed Team Championships was announced on 4 July.

Annika Paananen, development and communications manager from the Finnish Badminton Federation explains about the logo. 

- The logo for the EMTC 2021 in Finland is a modern take on a badminton player getting ready to smash. Our vision and ambition is to make badminton the biggest sports phenomenon of the decade in Finland. We want to be modern, effective and do things we haven´t done before. 

- We hope to wow everybody at the event a little bit. We are getting ready to smash it!

The event will take place from 16 to 20 February 2021.
