Would you like to see a BEC Para Badminton Event taking place in your country? Badminton Europe extends out an invitation to all Member Associations to send in their applications in order to not miss out on this excellent opportunity.

The application process is a swift and simple one. We would like to receive a proposal from you, which includes a budget detailing the income and expenditure of the event in your proposal and other relevant information in the ´Application to Host´ form.

The exact dates of the tournament are set to be 24-27 September 2020.

Why you should apply?
The benefits of hosting such an event, in its sixth consecutive year, are clear to see. In 2018, the event took place in Vienna, Austria. Andrea Gutiérrez Suárez of Spain, an administrator and participant of the event, gave the following feedback.

- I think the whole event was good because we have a complete strategic plan to follow and some details to take into account for the improvement of Para badminton in our country.

The 2019 event was hosted in Kyiv, Ukraine. A city now preparing for the European Championships in April this year. Following the event, participant Kristīne Šeferean, a coach from Latvia stated.

-It was very interesting and useful for me. I hope that my new knowledge will result in the start of Para badminton in my country.

Oleksii Dniprov, President of the Ukrainian Badminton Federation, had this to say about the Para Badminton Event in Kyiv.

- Hosting the Para Badminton Event was a pleasure and a great honor for Ukraine. I’m sure that this event will help with development and popularization of Para badminton in Ukraine. We would definitely be happy to host this event one more time.

- For the countries who have not started Para badminton, my advice for them is not to be afraid of starting. And if needed, we are ready to share our experiences, he mentioned.

As can be seen, the event is a very important one on our calendar, as participants can gain so much from attending. It is also a great chance for us to work side by side on one of our events.
