Despite many players being away at the VICTOR China Open, there’s still enough top talent to go around for the International Series to make its way to Poland for the Polish International.

Polish players themselves relish this event with Polish players picking up both the men’s and women’s doubles titles last time around. But there’s plenty of talent from all across the globe looking to stop them taking home the title and the $10,000 prize fund on finals day Sunday.

Can Rogalski regain his crown?
Poland’s only ever winner in either of the singles categories at this tournament has come from this year’s third seed Michal Rogalski.

Rogalski won the tournament in 2014 where he edged out Indonesia’s Adi Pratama in the final and will be hoping for a similar result some five years later.

The Pole is yet to make it to a final in 2019 but he will be more determined than ever to give himself another memorable moment by winning this one.

Karlsson and Magnussen strong favourites
In the womens’ doubles it’s Sweden’s Emma Karlsson and Johanna Magnusson who are the favourites to take home the title.

The Swede’s come into this one as the top seeds and sit a massive 25 places above the second seeds Amalie Magelund and Freja Ravn (DEN) in the world rankings.

The world number 38 pair will be confident coming into the tournament but it will be interesting to see if the pressure of being the top seeds can get to the pair who’s last tournament win was back at the Swedish Open in 2018.
