The Hellas Open 2019 will take place in Sidirokastro,Greece from 8th to 11th of August and Linda Zetchiri is ready to chase the title.
The action on the European Circuit continues this week and all eyes are on Greece where many European players will participate in Hellas Open.
Zetchiri feels excited
Linda Zetchiri from Bulgaria is seeded as number two in the women's singles and the Bulgarian is confident that she can do well in Greece.
- I look forward to this tournament, but for sure being in the front positions has it's pros and cons. I have no expectations regarding the final result, the Bulgarian said to Badminton Europe.
She is prepared
Focusing on each match, the runner-up from the 34th Brazil International Challenge 2019 in May, has gone through tough preparation with rigorous training.
- My preparation includes many components, but the most important is the real evaluation and the motivation that drives me during this period of time, she revealed.
Being passionate about the sport of badminton, the experienced Linda Zetchiri feels ready to chase one more Olympic dream.
- All tournaments are my goal until the end of the qualification period, Zetchiri said.
Zetchiri will play her first match on Friday when she will be up against Grammatoula Sotiriou from Greece, the runner-up of the Hellas Junior International 2019.
