Robin Tabeling/Selena Piek is out of the BLIBLI Indonesia Open 2019 after being beaten by Jerry Pranaav Chopra and Sikki.N Reddy from India.

The pair was in their first tournament since the European Games when they bowed out at the quarter-finals against Sam/Chloe Magee from Ireland.

No good luck for the Dutch pair

Going into this match, it was definitely an objective to beat their Indian opponents after perhaps not reaching their top level in Minsk.

The first game was as close as it could have been, but the Dutch pair was on the wrong end of a 25-23 scoreline.

The second game was much more comfortable for Tabeling/Piek with a 16-21 score, they managed to take control and earn the third game.

Unfortunately for Tabeling/Piek, although they dominated most of the final game but ended up losing from a comfortable position, 21-19.
