No chances for Lucas Corvee to reach the semi-finals of the Swiss Open: the Indian Sai Praneeth Bhamidipati dominated him in straight games.

The Indian star, who kickstarted the Swiss Open with a doubles exhibition match on top of Mt. Titlis in the mid of the Swiss Alpine peaks, registered an easy 21-13, 21-11 win to advance to the semi-finals.

Sai Praneeth B. dictated points and locked down the game to reached the next round in 35 minutes.

"He takes the shuttle a bit early, compared to other players. He played better than me today. It was hard to follow his speed", Corvee said after the match.

"It is a different rhythm, compared to the other players (...). Today, I couldn’t follow his speed. He plays with too much accuracy, too close to the line with too much deception for me. I tried my best, he was just better", he added.

The world ranked number 52 player positively took out areas of improvements to the tournament before.

"It was a good lesson for me today. I will take the positive for next week", the Frech said.

Corvee is scheduled to compete at the Orleans Open, which begins on March, 19th, next week.
