Austrian badminton player Antonia Meinke has passed away, on the night of Saturday 6 October.
The 21-year old was involved in the car accident with her partner Chee Tean Tan who passed away at the scene of the accident on Friday 28 September.
Meinke passed away after several days at the University Hospital in Brno in intensive care, following the accident.
Badminton Europe would like to send their sincere condolences to the family and friends, of Antonia Meinke.
