Just like yesterday, Danes Line Kjӕrsfeldt and Jan Ø Jorgensen played a very solid match and are now in the semi-finals of the Super 300 Yonex Taipei Open.

Kjӕrsfeldt expected a tough match beforehand against Fitriani Fitriani (Indonesia), as she wrote on her facebook page. Luckily this made her well prepared for the challenge as the victory was hers with 21-13 and 22-20.

- Made it to the semi-final tomorrow after a good win today against Indonesia. Kjӕrsfeldt stated on facebook after her match.

- Up against Yip Pui Yin from Hong Kong tomorrow. Let’s go!!

Semi-final challenge

So far Jorgensen did not put out much sweat in his matches. He reached the semi-finals convincingly and without any game loss.

Tomorrow seems to await a more difficult match than his previous ones. He will face Riichi Takeshita (Japan) who knocked two seeded players: Local hero Tzu Wei Wang and Chong Wei Fang.

However during all meetings Jorgensen had with Takeshita, Jorgensen won all of them. Tomorrow we will find out if Jorgensen continues that way!
