With 230 career wins so far, for Iikka Heino, the bar is set very high for the career that is ahead of him.

Heino, 23, is currently 123rd in the World Rankings for the Men’s singles but he is eager to improve that as he progresses.

The future for Heino

The Finnish international has a goal of being in the top 20 in the world for his career but also has short-term ambitions.

- My main goal is to reach the top 20 in the world. It is going to be a challenge for me, but one that I can see me achieving.

- For this season I want to be in the top 90 in the world but that means that I need to be in some finals in series tournaments and reach some semi-finals in challenge tournaments.

Performances on court

Iikka Heino wants to make sure that he can play at his best in every tournament in order to reach the later stages of tournaments.

- This season my goal is also to find my own game in every tournament. And to reach the semifinal in challenge level tournaments and the Finals in series.
