Misha Zilberman has been knocked out of the Hyderabad Open today, after being beaten by two games to nil in a tough match against R. M. V. Gurusaidutt.

Zilberman, 29, faced a difficult contest and struggled to gain any rhythm, over the match against his Indian opponent.
The match was always going to be difficult for the number three seed, following a hard tournament in Barcelona, two of the matches that he played in went all the way to three games prior to the Quarter Final which he lost against Suppanyu Avihingsanon.

A tough ride for the Isralian

The first game was a small sign of what was to come, with Grusaidutt taking it with ease, winning 11-21.
The second was a small improvement but the damage had already been done in the first. Zilberman managed to score higher than his previous game but still lost it 14-21.
-My opponent played his best today and managed to control the shuttle better than I did, giving him an advantage over me, Zilberman told Badminton Europe.

What next for Zilberman?

The experience Isralian has also told BEC that he plans to practice hard and attempt to play in more tournaments when he feels his body is ready.
The 29-year-old plans to make a steady progress up the world rankings, to climb into the top 40 in order to play at bigger competitions in the future.
- I’m trying my best to improve my world ranking and to get back into the top 40 so that it gives me the chance to play at the biggest tournaments in the world.
