Today it was time for the second round matches at the Total BWF World Championships. Our European champions showed great dominance in the singles events!

Viktor Axelsen (Denmark) started a little off in his match against Huang Yuxiang (China) . After the first game interval it seemed that nothing could stop Axelsen from rushing to a game win.

Huang still managed to even the score when the unavoidable happened: The match got suspended because oil was leaking on the court.

Axelsen came back stronger than ever after the 16 minute- delay and court switch. He left his opponent with only 9 points after the incident.
